About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Quotations
- Orders & Invoices
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Contact clients by phone or email to answer inquiries for orders
- Monitor and feedback on orders, arrange deliveries for products
- Direct feedback from clients to relevant departments
- Management and compilation of monthly newsletters
- identification of packaging and tenders and tender applications
- Support to the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
Requirements
Applicants must be able to work very thoroughly, meticulously and accurately, with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Matric or diploma
Previous experience in similar industry
Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping
Familiar with sales reports and sales records
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Must have strong computer skills (Dynamic 365, SAP, Sage, Excel, Word)
