About the Role
Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for all administration of the parts department together with the manager
• Management of daily cash reports and bank transactions
• Dealing with all financial related queries and issues
• Monthly Creditors reconciliation
• Debtors and Creditors function, including the reconciliation of all accounts
• Resolution of queries
• Daily reporting to manager
• Record keeping of staff attendance registers
• Responsible for keeping stock, orders and purchase of parts
• Receipt and control of ordered stock
• Issuance of all direct orders and stock requests
• Handling of all aspects of the warranty claims
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails

• Beantwoord telefoonoproepe en reageer op e-posse
Requirements
Applicants must be able to work very thoroughly, meticulously and accurately, with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Proven administrative work experience and strong computer literacy
Thorough and meticulous, must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy
Must be able to work in a team
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Positive, friendly attitude
Experience with direct sales will be an advantage
